New Agent Resource Group
Approximately twice a month our office will host a training class specifically on one topic and geared for “newer” agents or agents looking to stay sharp. This training group is meant for us to share struggles and accolades with your business, dive deep into a training topic, and have an open group to share ideas & thoughts that will help everyone.
AMP! - Achieve Maximum Productivity Training
AMP is a powerful four-week, live, productivity program that boasts a strong focus on lead generation and learning by “doing.” It teaches best practices and key resources important for a successful real estate career. To ensure the continued development of Coldwell Banker-affiliated Sales Associates, Coldwell Banker University® offers a wide variety of classes and continuing education programs that can be taken in-person or via the Internet. Accessible from our virtual university, cbu.com, Coldwell Banker University offers a robust suite of certification, development and technology training programs. Core skills and productivity enhancement courses such as CB Launch for new Sales Associates, and BOO$T for experienced agents, offer opportunities for continued professional growth while a vast array of software training courses allows Sales Associates at all skill levels to stay current with available technology solutions.
Monthly Meetings & Training Seminars
Our office meets monthly here at our office to cover an array of topics including Real Estate market updates both locally and nationally, Mortgage & Title updates, headlines from our local Board and Realcomp, and any new changes or topics that could help your business. After each meeting we have a 1-2 Hour focused training seminar held by an Agent in our office on a practical topic such as Business & Goal Planning, Social Media Marketing, new technology (CBexchange, RPR, etc), and more!
